We collect personal information from you, including your name, contact details and your CV. If you are a Gig Star, we also collect information required for timesheets and payroll purposes.

We collect your personal information in order to enable you to engage in our services such as CV writing, recruitment and labour hire, to do timesheets, make payments and invoicing. We also may use your information to send promotional and informative materials and to review the effectiveness of our marketing. E-newsletters have an easy opt-out option.

Besides our staff and with your permission, we may share this information with employers in order to match you with suitable employment opportunities and with our timesheet software company, FastTrack if you are a Gig Star.

In accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 we keep your information safe with measures in place to protect data.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at info@taupoemploymentservices.co.nz.

When you register with the Gig Workforce or submit a request for information about our services you agree to automatically be added to our mailing list. We promise not to spam you with updates but will keep you in the loop of information we believe is relevant to business. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in our mailing list email or you can contact us directly at info@gigworkforce.nz and ask to be removed.
